Where are you located?
We are located in Nottingham of Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. At the current moment we are an online shop with future plans of opening a store in the east coast of the United States.
Pricing Questions
How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling is FREE on most orders over $25. There are exceptions for certain heavy or oversized items requiring freight.
How are you able to sell items cheaper then most competitors?
We have long term relationships with some of the worlds top direct electronic and software wholesale distributors. We are able to pass the savings to our customers for no additional cost.
Are all products in retail packaging?
Yes, unless specifically stated on a product page. Examples of non-retail packaging are OEM or Manufacture Refurbished.
Do you price match?
We will price match to any online or local east retailer, and even add an additional 10% discount of the difference. To be eligible for a price match the competitor must have the item in stock. Price matching is subject to price verification by Chester Networks customer service. Coupon and discount stacking is not permitted on price matches.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes. The minimum quantity to apply for a bulk discount is 25 units.
Order Questions
What are the taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
As of April 2021 taxes are only applied to orders shipping to the state of Pennsylvania. If you are a business in Pennsylvania and are reselling, you can submit a resale form to become tax exempt.

What are the shipping options?
We usually ship all orders that meet the requirements for FREE shipping with with standard ground shipping methods. Typically items will be delivered by FedEx or UPS. Orders under 13 ounces may ship via USPS. Next Day Air Saver is available for most products. The cost of shipping will vary depending on total weight and distance.
When will I receive my order?
All in-stock orders are usually shipped by next business day. Chester Networks allows backorders to be placed for most items as long as the items is not being discontinued.
