Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Chester Networks. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a return or replacement. You have 30 days after delivery to exchange or return merchandise, unless noted in our exceptions. Some exceptions to the standard policy exist noted in our Return Policy Exceptions section of this policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Opened merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee. Chester Networks reserves the right to decline a return of used merchandise.

DAMAGED GOODS

All merchandise delivered showing any physical signs of damage to packaging and/or merchandise must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of courier delivery confirmation. Images of damaged may be requested by Chester Networks for courier insurance purposes.

For defective or damaged products, please contact our returns department at returns@chesternetworks.com to arrange a refund or replacement. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at returns@chesternetworks.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided by Chester Networks customer service team.

Please note, unless in the event of courier damaged goods, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or replacement. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Return Policy Exceptions    

The following items cannot be returned due to the nature of the item: 

  • Digital Goods
  • Software
  • Software Licenses
  • Hardware Licenses
  • Extended Warranty
  • Consumable Goods   

RESTOCKING FEE

Chester Networks may apply a 20% restocking fee for returns of merchandise that has been opened. A higher restocking fee may be charged for merchandise not returned in its original condition. If the merchandise returned does not match the model or serial number originally shipped, Chester Networks reserves the right to refuse the return.
